Delivery

Shipping Area

We ship our products exclusively within Italy.

Shipping Time

• Orders are shipped within 30 days after payment has been received, unless a different delivery date has been agreed in advance.
• If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, we will inform you and provide a new expected delivery date.
• If this new deadline is also not met, you have the right to cancel your order.

Partial Deliveries

• In some cases, your order may be delivered in separate shipments (for example, if a product is temporarily unavailable). If this happens, you will be informed.

Delivery Address

• Delivery will take place at the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your delivery details are correct.

Checking Your order

• Upon delivery, please check the packaging and the products for any visible damage, defects, or non-conformity.
• Any issues related to visible damage, defects, or incorrect products must be reported in writing within 2 days of delivery, including a clear photo of the issue. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.

Delivery Problems

If delivery is delayed because you refuse the delivery without a valid reason or fail to collect your order, we reserve the right to cancel the sales contract.

Responsibility and Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you at the moment of delivery.
